At today era, there are many negative news and many things that increasingly erode good customs, norms that have been instilled from ancestors to religion are destroyed by many things, as parents we must educate our children to be better in order to work and become good individuals.
There are many things we can do such as teaching good attitudes, or teaching them about life in daily routine, how we as working parents should teach good attitudes. How existing environments such as the scope of work and schools that can teach them, education about life is very important even though they do not understand but over time they will realize the meaning that we want to communicate.
Good attitude can be instilled in them such as saving or respecting, in this case saving is very necessary for children so that they can appreciate what they get not only material but education they get in school and others. One of them is so that they can appreciate the efforts of their parents when they are young to adult in order to educate their children and remember the role of their parents.
Sometimes when we grow up we forget the services of our existing parents, and care more about others or even ourselves. How can we as adult individuals doesn’t care about the parents who have looked after us in their time. It is good to take care of them like they took care of us as children, Do not forget the role from our parents when we were children to adulthood.
Another attitude that we can teach in this case is tolerance both to our relatives, others, neighbors, schools and the environment. How do we teach to respect every human being who exists regardless of their inferiority, poor or rich, educated or uneducated. Let us not demean others who do not conform to their existing values. All human beings are created the equal but each human being has different values, we should know and respect every human being both old and young’s.
Tolerance attitude is not only to the age but also “S A R A”, tribe, religion, race, and between faction we must do in order to occur harmony in the existing society. So that life in society becomes better, Our children need to be educated to be humble in life from an early age so that they do not demean others because of SARA. Because all human beings are created equal.
Mutual care towards others can be seen by caring for the environment, so that the children care more about the environment. Do not litter, how to maintain and how to clean their own environment starting from their own bed. So that they may be aware and concerned about the environment, as well as the cleanliness that is part of the faith. In this case how we as parents should be able to set ourselves as good examples, even though sometimes we forget about their development.
So many things we have to do in today's technological era are as limiting what they see, listen to, social media and many other things. The development from society today and existing technology can sometimes give negative things that can damage their improvement, their young souls can be tossed around because of many things. As good parents we must be able to set an example, explain and give understanding to them while they are still in development so that in the future we can become a good and independent individual.
